MAR 750 D is a new robot able to load two working lines and to handle the slabs from different positions. The MAR 750 DS complestes the system. It can be supplied with a nylon dispenser, fully integrated in the robot structure. Both MAR 750 D and MAR750 DS are combined with a rotating roller table in order to realize the handling in “BOOK MATCHING” mode. The load capacity of  MAR 750 D is 1000 kg.

The whole system is fully automatic and is controlled by a software that allows to insert the following settings parameters : The line to feed ( only one or both), the number of slabs to load, the loading positions, the kinf of cycle (normal or “book matching”). It is possibile to insert up to 8 different working programs.

The movements are rapid and precise, the loadong and unloading operations are so smooth that it is possible to move even fragile and faulty materials. This is possible also thanks to an exclusive intelligen system of vacuum control.

MAR 750 D can perform a displacement speed of 3 meters per second, this permits to complete a short cycle time even in case of big displacements.
